摘要
重症急性胰腺炎是临床常见的一种急危重症，其发病凶险，进展迅速，发病机制复杂，至今仍缺乏特效的治疗药物和治疗方法。持续性区域动脉灌注能够明显增加局部药物浓度，从而提高疗效，已被逐渐应用于治疗重症急性胰腺炎。动脉的选择和药物的选择是区域动脉灌注治疗重症急性胰腺炎的两个关键所在，动脉的高选择性和药物的复合灌注是区域动脉灌注治疗重症急性胰腺炎的理想方式。
Severe acute pancreatitis is one of clinical common critical disease, which characterized by dangerous pathogenic conditions and complex pathogenesis. There are still lack of effective drugs and treatment methods. Continuous regional arterial infusion could remarkably increase the local drug concentration, and enhance the therapeutic effect, which has been applied in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. The selection of artery and treatment drug are the two key points of regional arterial infusion for severe acute pancreatitits, the high selectivity of artery and composed infusion of treatment drug is the ideal option for treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.
