摘要
大数据、人工智能的广泛应用,必然会带来人类社会生活与生产方式的重大变革,尤其会对人们的生存模式产生重大影响,劳动与雇佣工作模式将面临大变局。如何应对智能时代给劳动者就业及社会发展所带来的机遇与挑战,尤其是人工智能应用可能带来的消极作用是值得深思的问题。考察人类社会发展史上的每一次工业革命,人的能力不断被超越、人力不断被替代,但是人类社会仍旧在不断向前发展,如何应对此番机械智能革命给我国劳动就业所带来的影响,发达国家的历史发展启示告诉我们,技术的不断迭代更新需要有前瞻性的、不断完善的劳动法制和社会保障制度体系才能维系整个社会的平稳发展,此外,不断提高劳动力教育水准和比例,革新教育模式,努力培养高素质创新型技能劳动力也是重中之重,只有这样才能真正实现新旧历史背景下的技术革命与人类社会发展的顺利过渡。
The wide range application of big data and artificial intelligence will inevitably bring significant changes to the way of the human social life and its production, and it will particularly have a significant impact on people' s life and survival. How to cope with the opportunities and challenges to employment and social development brought about by the age of intelligence, especially the negative effect brought by the application of artificial intelligence is worth pondering. While observing the industrial revolutions in the history of the development of human society, people's ability is always being transcended, human power be replaced, but human society is still in the continuous development progress. How to deal with the various effects of machinery intelligent revolution to the employment in our country, the historical development experience of the developed countries tells us that the with constant iterative update of technology needs proactive and unceasing improved labor and employment system and social security system, constantly improving the ratio of educated labor and the reform of traditional education mode, and more attention being paid to the cultivation of high quality and innovative labor force can maintain the smooth development of the whole society and achieve the smooth transition of technological revolution and the development of human society under the old and new historical backgrounds.
