内镜下射频消融治疗恶性胆道梗阻研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 射频消融术（radiofrequency ablation，RFA）是通过电极发出高频射波，激发组织细胞进行等离子振荡撞击产生80％～120℃的高温，使组织快速气化最终使肿瘤组织凝固坏死，并可使坏死组织周围形成一个反应带，切断肿瘤的血供，阻止肿瘤的生长和转移。
