摘要
目的：研究与分析手术联合中药外洗治疗三踝骨折的临床效果。方法：三踝骨折患者104例,按数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组均52例。两组患者均实施手术治疗,在此基础上,观察组加以使用中药外洗的治疗方案。对比分析两组患者踝关节活动度、AOFAS评分、踝关节功能评分及治疗前后VAS、SAS评分情况。结果：观察组背伸（27.38±6.15）、屈曲（44.73±3.96）、内翻（16.96±7.18）、外翻（5.72±2.43）、屈伸（71.18±7.19）、内外翻活动度（23.91±6.17）、AOFAS评分（96.17±1.05）分等均明显优于对照组背伸（23.82±8.42）、屈曲（41.82±6.23）、内翻（14.43±4.24）、外翻（4.67±2.73）、屈伸（65.72±10.62）、内外翻（20.05±7.05）活动度、AOFAS评分（89.46±0.58）分;观察组（95~100分）百分比（73.08%）明显高于对照组（46.15%）、（〈85分）百分比（3.85%）明显低于对照组（32.69%）;观察组VAS评分（1.01±1.12）分、SAS评分（35.58±9.43）分均明显优于对照组VAS评分（3.05±1.08）分、SAS评分（49.57±10.26）分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：三踝骨折患者采用手术联合中药外洗进行治疗后,患者的疼痛程度明显减轻,创口恢复情况较优,临床治疗效果较佳。
Objective： To study and analyze the clinical effect of surgical treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of trimalleolar fractures. Methods： 104 cases of patients with trimalleolar fractures,according to the number table method were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,52 cases in each group.Two groups were performed surgical treatment. Besides,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment program. The ankle joint mobility,AOFAS score,ankle function score before and after treatment in two groups were compared and analyzed,and VAS and SAS scores were compared between two groups. Results： The dorsiflexion（27. 38 ± 6. 15）,buckling（ 44. 73 ± 3. 96）,varus（ 16. 96 ± 7. 18）,ectropion（ 5. 72 ± 2. 43）,extensions（71. 18 ± 7. 19）,activity degree of internal and external turnover（23. 91 ± 6. 17） and AOFAS score（96. 17 ± 1. 05） of the observation group were significantly better than dorsiflexion（ 23. 82 ± 8. 42）,buckling（ 41. 82 ± 6. 23）,varus（14. 43 ± 4. 24）,ectropion（4. 67 ± 2. 73）,extensions（65. 72 ± 10. 62）,activity degree of internal and external turnover（20. 05 ± 7. 05） and AOFAS score（89. 46 ± 0. 58） of the control group. The percentage（95 ~ 100 score） 73. 08%of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（46. 15%）. the percentage（ 〈 85 score）3. 85% of the observation group was significantly lower than of the control group（32. 69%）. VAS score（1. 01 ± 1. 12）and SAS score（35. 58 ± 9. 43） of the observation group wre significantly better than VAS score（3. 05 ± 1. 08） and SAS the score（ 49. 57 ± 10. 26） of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion： The trimalleolar fractures who were treated with surgery combined with herbal fumigation treatment can redue the pain significantly and the wound recovery is better.
