摘要 警报素是机体内固有的内源性分子,是免疫系统的早期预警信号。研究表明,眼表炎症时多种警报素的表达异常,如高迁移率族蛋白B1、多种抗菌肽、白细胞介素33、S100蛋白等,并在疾病的病理生理过程中起到多种作用,如促炎、抗炎、抗菌、促进伤口愈合等作用。本文就上述警报素在眼表相关疾病中的研究进展作一综述。对警报素的研究有利于深入了解相关疾病的发病机制和寻找新的治疗方法。 Alarmins are endogenous mediators which transformed the early warning signals for im m une system.M any studies have indicated that the expression of several alarm ins w as abnorm al in the infectious and inflam m atory diseases of ocular surface,such as high-m obility group box B protein 1,several antim icrobial peptides,interleukin-33 and S100 proteins,w hich played m ultiple roles in those diseases,such as the effect of pro-inflam m atory,anti-inflam m atory,antim icrobial activity,w ound healing.T hese studies are im portant for the pathogenesis and new therapeutic targets of ocular surface diseases.T his review focus on the recent advances in alarm ins of ocular surface.
