摘要
论述了当前城市轨道交通地下车站空调制冷机房现状,分析了存在的主要问题及其原因。结合实际工程,阐述了如何通过BIM技术实现空调制冷机房的设计、施工、调试及运维的闭环管理,给出了基于BIM的装配式高效制冷机房建造的常规流程及重点注意事项,为城市轨道交通空调制冷机房系统节能运行提供了一个切实可行的解决方案。
Reviews the present situation of air conditioning and cooling machine rooms in the underground station of urban rail transit, and analyses the main problems and their causes. Combined with a practical engineering project, expounds how to realize the closed loop management of the design, construction, commissioning and operation of the air conditioning and refrigerating machine room by BIM technology, and provides the conventional process and key points of the assembly high efficient refrigerating machine room construction based on BIM, recommending a practical solution for the energy efficient operation of the air conditioning and refrigerating machine room system of urban rail transit.
