摘要
痛性糖尿病周围神经病变(PDPN)的典型临床表现以肢体对称性的麻木疼痛、灼热或冰凉、感觉减退、夜间尤甚为主,是困扰糖尿病周围神经病变患者的主要因素,约有25%的糖尿病患者存在痛性糖尿病周围神经病变。近年随着离子通道学说的发展,其在糖尿病周围神经病变发病机制中也占据了一席之地。与PDPN关系密切、研究较多的电压门控离子通道主要有Na^+通道、K^+通道、Ca^2+通道,该文将阐述与痛性糖尿病周围神经病变关系密切的离子通道,及与其的相关性。
It is the typical symptoms of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy which is the numbness and pain,scorching or cold,hypaesthesia of limb symmetry,especially at night. It is a major factor that affects diabetic peripheral neuropathy. It is about 25% of diabetic patients which suffer from painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy. With the development of ion channel theory,it also occupies a place in the pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in recent years. Voltage-gated ion channels mainly include Na^+ channels,K^+ channels,and Ca^2+ channels which closely related to PDPN. This article will describe the ion channels that are closely related to PDPN,and reveal their correlation.
