摘要
创新思考次要剪接体snRNA实验的异常发现、《黄帝内经》对肾脏和经络功能的论述等信息,发现Hela细胞等癌细胞中的次要剪接体snRNA为自身生成;健康的神经细胞、骨髓细胞、内皮细胞、心肌细胞、胰腺细胞、生殖细胞等细胞中的次要剪接体snRNA来自肾小球系膜细胞的胞外囊泡。《黄帝内经》《难经》中肾气的特征性生化成分是肾小球系膜细胞分泌的含有次要剪接体snRNA的胞外囊泡,经络是肾气的流动通路,经络是肾小球系膜细胞分泌的含有次要剪接体snRNA的胞外囊泡先后以血液和组织液的形式在生命全身的整体流动循环通道网络;经络为神经细胞、骨髓细胞、内皮细胞、心肌细胞、胰腺细胞、生殖细胞等细胞供应来自肾小球系膜细胞的次要剪接体snRNA胞外囊泡以次要剪接U12型内含子pre-mRNA;“针刺得气”中的“气”的特征性物质是肾小球系膜细胞分泌的含有次要剪接体snRNA的胞外囊泡。中医通过恢复肾气“一气周流”的正常运行而治疗U12型内含子pre-mRNA次要剪接问题导致的多种内源性疾病,是符合现代生命科学“中”心法则规律的医学。
This paper innovatively considers the abnormal discovery of the minor splicesome snRNA experiment,discusses on the function of kidney and meridians in Yellow Emperor's Canon of Medicine and other information,and finds that the minor splicesome snRNA in cancer cells such as Hela cells is generated by itself;the minor splicesome snRNA in healthy nerve cells,bone marrow cells,endothelial cells,myocardial cells,pancreatic cells,germ cells and other cells comes from the extracellular vesicles of glomerular mesangial cells.The characteristic biochemical component of kid‐ney qi in Yellow Emperor's Canon of Medicine and Nanjing is the extracellular vesicles containing minor splicesome snRNA secreted by glomerular mesangial cells.The meridians are the flow path of kidney qi.The meridians are the overall flow and circulation channel network of extracellular vesicles containing minor splicesome snRNA secreted by glomerular mesangial cells successively in the form of blood and tissue fluid throughout life.The meridians supply minor splicesome snRNA extracellular vesicles from glomerular mesangial cells to neurons,bone marrow cells,endothe‐lial cells,myocardial cells,pancreatic cells,germ cells and other cells for the splicing of U12 type intron pre-mRNA.The characteristic substance of"Qi"in"Acupuncture gets Qi"is the extracellular vesicle containing minor splicesome snRNA secreted by glomerular mesangial cells.Traditional Chinese medicine is in line with the central law of modern life science to treat various endogenous diseases caused by the splicing problem of U12 in‐tron pre-mRNA by restoring the normal operation of"one qi circulation"of kidney qi.
