摘要
目的分析2007-2016年广元市肺结核流行病学特征,为制定结核病防治策略提供参考依。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,对2007-2016年广元市报告的肺结核病例资料进行分析。结果 2007-2016年广元市共报告肺结核病例28 976例,年均报告发病率105.78/10万。报告发病率总体呈逐年下降趋势(Cochmn Amiitage趋势检验,Z=-25.57,P<0.01),年递降率为6.00%;全年各月报告发病数以1月最高,之后缓慢下降,但无明显季节性;全市7县区均有肺结核病例的报告,剑阁县、昭化区和利州区2007-2016年年均报告发病率居前。男女比例为2.09∶1;15~29岁为高发年龄,报告发病率为161.59/10万;职业分布居前3位的为农民、学生和家务及待业,分别占病例的66.88%、10.02%和5.22%。结论广元市结核病报告发病率总体呈逐年下降趋势,男性、青壮年是结核高发因素,应有针对性的加强重点地区、重点人群的防控措施。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Guangyuan from 2007 to 2016, and provide a basis for the control of tuberculosis in Guangyuan. Methods Data on cases of pulmonary tuberculosis reported in 2007 -2016 in Guangyuan City were analyzed by descriptive epidemio- logical method. Results A total of 28 976 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis cases were reported, and the aver- age annual reported incidence rate was 10^5.78/10^5. The overall incidence showed a declining trend （Cochm- nAmiitage trend test, Z = -25.57, P 〈0.01 ） , and the annual descending rate was 6%. The number of ca- ses reported was the largest in January and then slowly decreased; no apparent seasonality was found. Tuber- culosis cases have been reported in all of the 7 counties in the whole city, and the highest average incidence rate were in Jiange County, Zhaocheng District and Lizhou District. The male/female ratio was 2.09：1 ; the high -incidence age range was 15 -29, and the reported incidence rate was 161.59/10^5. The top 3 occupa- tions with the highest incidence rates were peasants, students and house -workers and unemployed persons, accounting for 66.88%, 10. 02% and 5.22% of the cases, respectively. Conclusion The incidence of tu-berculosis in Guangyuan is decreasing year by year, and the male and young adults are the high risk factors of tu- berculosis.
