红芪和黄芪对去卵巢致大鼠骨质疏松防治作用的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的探究红芪和黄芪乙醇提取物(HE/AE)对卵巢摘除致大鼠骨质疏松的防治作用。方法选用72只SD雌性大鼠随机分为9组,每组8只,分别为:假手术组、模型组、阳性药组(戊酸雌二醇0.2mg/kg)、红芪醇提组(HE1~HE3)、黄芪醇提组(AE1~AE3)。术后两周每日灌胃一次,连续给药12周后扫描全身骨密度并采集血清测定碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(StrACP)的活力及血钙、血磷水平;剖取右股骨测定骨密度及生物骨力学指标。结果 HE/AE各组均能增加去卵巢所致骨质疏松大鼠全身及右股骨骨密度、改善生物骨力学指标,升高大鼠血清中降低的AKP活力、血钙及血磷水平,降低了StrACP活力,与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 HE/AE对去卵巢所致雌性大鼠骨质疏松均具有明显的防治作用。 Objective To investigate the anti-osteoporotic effect of ethanol extract from Radix Hedysari and Astragali (HE/AE) in ovariectomized (OVX) rat model. Methods A total of 72 female Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats aged 3 months are randomly divided into nine groups with eight in each group, the rats in the Sham control group, model group, 0.2 mg/kg body weight/day of estradiol valerate group as positive control, HE1 HE3 and AE1-AE3 treated groups, respectively. Two weeks after surgery, each group is respectively given their treatment by gavage. On the last day of 12 weeks of continues administration, bone mineral density, the levels of serum Ca and P, and the activities of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (StrACP) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) are measured. The bone mineral density and bone biomechanical properties are determined in the right thighbone. Results HE/AE could enhance bone mineral density, improve bone biomechanical properties, increase the level of serum Ca, P and AKP, and decrease StrACP. There is a significant difference compared with model group (P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion HE/AE have a distinct and preventive effect on osteoporosis of rats.
