摘要
目的探讨ATP7B、Kiss-1及Skp2在子宫颈不同程度病变组织中的表达情况。方法选取196例子宫颈组织标本,用组织芯片技术和免疫组化方法(SP法)检测正常宫颈组织、各级CIN及宫颈鳞癌中ATP7B、Kiss-1及Skp2的表达。所得数据用SPSS17.0软件进行分析。结果从正常宫颈到CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ、宫颈鳞癌:ATP7B的表达逐渐增高(P<0.05),Kiss-1的表达逐渐降低(P<0.05),Skp2的表达逐渐增高(P<0.05)。宫颈鳞癌中ATP7B、Kiss-1、Skp2三者的表达之间P>0.05。Skp2的表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期、分化程度、肿瘤大小、患者年龄之间P>0.05。ATP7B的表达与分化程度、年龄、肿瘤大小之间P>0.05,与淋巴结转移、临床分期之间P<0.05。Kiss-1的表达与年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度之间P>0.05,与临床分期、淋巴结转移情况之间P<0.05。结论 ATP7B的增高、Kiss-1的降低、Skp2的增高都促进宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展。不支持ATP7B、Kiss-1及Skp2在宫颈鳞癌发生、发展中起协同作用。Kiss-1的降低和ATP7B的增高促进宫颈鳞癌的浸润和转移。
Objective To explore the expression of ATP7B, Kiss-1 and Skp2 in different degrees of cervical lesion tissue. Methods 196 cases of cervical tissue samples were selected. The expression of ATPTB, Kiss-1 and Skp2 in normal cervical tissues, different CIN degrees and cervical carcinoma was tested by tissue chip technique and immunohisto- chemistry method. The data was analyzed by SPSS17.0. Results From normal cervical tissues, CIN I, CIN II, CIN III to cervical carcinoma: the expression of ATPTB increased gradually(P〈0.05), the expression of Kiss-1 decreased gradually (P〈0.05) and the expression of Skp2 increased gradually(P〈0.05). There was no significant relationship among the expres- sion of ATPTB, Kiss-1 and Skp2 in the cervical carcinoma, P〉0.05. The relationship of the Skp2 expression with lymph node metastasis, clinical stage, degree of differentiation, tumor size and patients" age is P〉0.05. The relationship of ATP7B expression with degree of differentiation, age and tumor size is P〉0.05 but its relationship with lymph node metas- tasis and clinical stage is P〈0.05. The relationship of Kiss-1 expression with degree of differentiation, age and tumor size is P〉0.05 but its relationship with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis is P〈0.05. Conclusions The increase of ATP7B and Skp2 and the decrease of Kiss- 1 promote the incidence and development of cervical carcinoma. It does not support the synergistic effect of ATP7B, Kiss-1 and Skp2 in the incidence and development of cervical carcinoma. The de- crease of Kiss-1 and the increase of ATP7B promote the invasion and metastasis of cervical carcinoma.
