摘要
为提高工业工程专业本科毕业生的就业竞争力,对华南农业大学工业工程本科毕业生从事的行业及其岗位,各行业、各岗位的薪酬情况,就业专业对口情况,影响毕业生应聘成功的因素,工作中用到的专业知识,课程设置等进行调查分析,调查结果可为学校制定人才培养方案做参考。
In order to improve the employment competitiveness of industrial engineering majors＂ graduate, conducts a survey and analysis on graduate of South China Agricultural University industrial engineering major. Analyzes the types of their jobs, positions, monthly salary for each posi- tion, the relation between employment and undergraduate majors, factors affecting the success of graduate candidates, professional knowl- edge used in work, advise of IE major curriculum design, to promote relevant professional reform and construction.
