摘要
垃圾分类是实现垃圾有效管理和再利用的前提条件,而日本被称为世界上垃圾分类最严格的国家。本文以东京都圈的千叶市为例,首先明确了垃圾分类的内涵界定,然后分析了千叶市在垃圾分类、资源回收以及再利用等方面的具体做法,其中包含对千叶市民的环保知识普及和对违反者的相应惩戒措施,最后指出了日本千叶市的环保做法给中国垃圾分类和资源有效利用的启示。
