摘要
日本人均GDP超过5万美元,是世界上最发达国家之一。由于普遍推广3R和垃圾分类等减量化措施,日本生活垃圾直接焚烧率近10年来一直保持在77%以上。本文分析了日本生活垃圾分类和焚烧处理的现状特点,重点论述了在垃圾分类、监督管理、技术标准等方面对我国生活垃圾处理的一些启示。
Japan＇s per capita GDP has exceeded 50,000 U.S. dollars, which is one of the most developed countries in the world. Owing to the widespread promotion of 3R and garbage classification as well as other reduction measures, the direct incineration rate of garbage in Japan has maintained over 77% constantly for the past 10 years. In this paper, it analyzes the current characteristics of garbage classification and incineration in Japan, focusing on expounding the enlightenment of Japan＇s garbage classification, supervision and management, technical standards and other aspects on the disposal of household garbage in China.
