摘要 酸性水汽提装置可对原油一次和二次加工装置产生的酸性水进行处理,对环境保护和节能减排具有重要意义。目前酸性水汽提装置在流程设置上存在两方面问题:第一,单塔加压侧线抽出汽提中的一、二、三级分凝液或双塔汽提中的氨汽提塔顶回流罐的分凝液均返回至酸性水原料罐中,导致罐内酸性水H2S和NH3污染物浓度大幅提高,加剧了罐内气体向外挥发的趋势;第二,酸性水汽提装置产生的净化水作为其他装置的回用水时,存在带碱及被过度汽提问题。对于前者,采用将分凝液送入一台新增的缓冲罐中,然后用泵升压并送至酸性水汽提塔的方法,从而大幅降低酸性水原料罐中有害物质的含量以及向外界逸出的频率;对于后者,提供了一种新型的带液相侧线抽出的酸性水汽提方法,该方法针对各装置对回用水不同的质量要求,采用不同的汽提深度,从而实现在回用水中不含碱液的前提下大幅降低能耗的目标。 Acid water stripping unit processes acid water produced by primary and secondary crude oil processing units,and has great significance for environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction.At present,there are two problems in the process flow of sour water stripping unit.Firstly,both the 1 st stage,2 nd stage and 3 rd stage condensate in single column pressurized stripping with side draw and the condensate from the overhead reflux drum of ammonia stripping tower in double column pressurized stripping are sent back to sour water feed tank,leading to a sharp increase in the concentrations of H2 S and NH3 pollutants in acid water and intensifying the volatilization trend of the gas in tank.Secondly,the purified water from acid water stripping unit has problems of high alkali content and excessive stripping when it is used as recycled water for other units.To solve the first problem,the condensate can be sent to a newly installed surge tank and then boosted and sent to the sour water stripping column,so as to greatly reduce the content of harmful substances in sour water feed tank and the escaping frequency of the substances to atmosphere.To solve the second problem,a new sour water stripping method with liquid phase side draw is proposed,which provides different stripping degrees for different quality requirements of each unit for recycled water,so as to achieve the goal of greatly reducing energy consumption under the premise of zero alkali in the recycled water.
