单链抗体在大肠杆菌中的分泌型表达
摘要
单链抗体 (scFv)是目前报道最多的一类小分子抗体 ,对科研及疾病的诊断和治疗有重要意义。本文介绍了scFv在大肠杆菌周质腔及培养基中分泌型表达的特点。
