摘要
我们化学合成及克隆了α-ANF基因井将其重组于大肠杆菌分泌型表达质粒pIN-Ⅲ-OmpA进行表达;表达产物为N端多11肽的39肽α-ANF类似物,完全分泌至培养外液中;生物学活性测定表明,表达产物具有与天然心钠素相同的免疫活性及降压、利尿和舒张血管的生物活性。
We have chemically synthesized and cloned the cDNA encoding human α-atrial natriuretic factor (α-ANF). The cDNA was inserted into an E.coli expression vector pIN-Ⅲ-OmpA. The recombinant plasmid produced an ANF like peptide which exhibited immunological and physilogical properties identical to natural human a-ANF.
