摘要
智能高压开关是构建坚强智能电网的关键设备之一,其联锁逻辑的正确性直接关系到电网的安全可靠运行。本文分析了智能高压开关连锁逻辑检验的基本原理,基于智能高压开关调试平台和IEC61850通信规约,提出了检验智能高压开关连锁逻辑的网络化控制新方法 ,并进行了操作试验。试验结果表明,该方法可有效提高智能高压开关的调试效率,减少调试过程中对开关本体的机械磨损,避免因连锁逻辑错误导致的电网事故。
Intelligent high voltage switch is one of the critical equipments for strong smart power grid. Accuracy of switch interlock logic relates to long term safe reliable operation of power grid directly. At first analyzes basic principle of interlock logic, then puts forward a new networked control method based on intelligent high voltage switch debug platform and IEC61850 communication protocol. The operation experimental results show that the new method is more efficiently for debugging work. It is also reduced mechanical wear of switch in debugging and may avoid grid accident due to interlock logic error.
