摘要
早强型乳化沥青冷再生混合料是基于现有冷再生层养生时间长的限制提出的,以期实现缩短养生时间,加速施工进度的目的。以劈裂强度为指标,研究了早强剂和早强水泥对乳化沥青冷再生混合料早期强度的影响,同时研究了早强剂和早强水泥对冷再生混合料后期强度、水稳性能和疲劳性能影响。试验结果表明:复合型早强剂对冷再生混合料早期强度提升明显,并能提高混合料的后期强度、水稳性能和疲劳性能;1.5%早强水泥可提高冷再生混合料的早期强度、后期强度和水稳性能,但会使冷再生混合料疲劳性能下降。
The current cold regeneration layer takes a long curing time. For shortening the curing time and accelerate the progress of construction purposes, the concept of the early strength type emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixtures is proposed. Based on the splitting tensile test, the effects of the early strength agent and early strength cement on the early strength of emulsified asphalt cold recycling mixture are studied. The effects of early strength agent and the early strength cement on cold recycled mixture strength, water stability and fatigue properties are also studied. The test results show that the composite early strength agent can significantly improve the early strength of cold recycled mixture, the mixture late strength and the moisture susceptibility and the fatigue performance. Besides, 1.5% early strength cement is able to improve the early strength and post strength and moisture susceptibility of cold recycled mixture, but the fatigue performance of cold recycled material is compromised.
