摘要
通过将超细石粉取代水泥掺入不同水泥基材料中,研究了超细石粉对水泥净浆、水泥砂浆以及混凝土的性能影响规律。结果表明,超细石粉略加大了水泥标准稠度用水量,缩短了水泥的凝结时间;在持砂浆流动度相同的条件下,超细石粉掺量在15%时对砂浆抗压强度提高幅度最大;超细石粉的掺入降低了混凝土单位用水量,提高了抗压强度值;相比于其他矿物掺合料,超细石粉对混凝土早期强度提高最为有利。
By partially replacing cement with the superfine stone powder, the influence of superfine stone powder on the properties of different cementbased materials including cement paste, mortar and concrete was studied. The results showed that the water quantity was needed more than standard consistence of the cement paste and the setting time was shortened. Under the condition of the same mortar fluidity, the highest compressive strength of mortar was obtained when the superfine stone powder was 15%. Besides, the incorporation of superfine stone powder in the concrete reduced the unit water consumption and increased the compressive strength. Compared with other mineral admixtures, the superfine powder was the most beneficial to the early strength of concrete.
