摘要
对广东省微生物种质资源库保藏的3株野生植物乳杆菌LPL04、LPL05、LPL14进行体外实验,对其耐酸、耐胆盐、抑菌、降胆固醇能力进行探讨,为接下来的菌种优化提供方向。通过活菌计数测定3株植物乳杆菌耐酸、耐胆盐能力,通过抑菌圈法测定3株植物乳杆菌抑菌特性,通过邻苯二甲醛法测定植物乳杆菌的胆固醇降解能力。结果表明,其中植物乳杆菌LPL05耐酸能力最强,p H2.5条件下2 h活菌数达2.0×107 cfu/m L,存活率为72.9%;LPL04耐胆盐能力最好,0.3%胆盐水平下2 h活菌数依然达到2.05×107 cfu/m L水平,存活率为36.6%;LPL04对藤黄微球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌均有良好的抑制效果;LPL14在体外降解胆固醇量最大,降解量为17.86μg/m L;3株菌均有良好的益生菌潜力。
The Lactobacillus plantarum LPL04, LPL05 and LPL14 were tested in vitro in this experiment, and their acid resistance, bile tolerance, antibacterial and cholesterol-lowering ability were discussed. The acid resistance and bile salt resistance of three strains of Lactobacillus plantarum were determined by scientific notation. The bacteriostatic properties of three strains of Lactobacillus plantarum were determined by the inhibition zone method, and the ability of degradation of cholesterol of Lactobacillus plantarum was determined by O-phthalaldehyde method. The results showed that LPL05 had the strongest acid resistance, and the viable count was 2.0×10^7 cfu/m L at p H 2.5 in 2 h, the survival rate was 72.9%. LPL04 had the best resistance to bile salt, the survival rate of the LPL04 was 2.05×10^7 cfu/m L at 0.3% bile salt in 2 h, the survival rate was 36.6%. LPL04 had a good inhibitory effect on Micrococcus luteus, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. LPL14 had the highest amount of cholesterol degradation in vitro, and the degradation amount was 17.86 μg/m L. Three strains all have good probiotic potential.
