摘要
乳酸菌作为人和动物肠道的正常菌群,具有许多的益生特性,它能维持动物肠道菌群平衡,促进动物对营养物质的吸收,提高动物机体的免疫力等。现综述乳酸菌生物学功能和在养猪生产中的应用,并对其研究进展及发展前景进行展望。
