摘要 为了研究不同形状轴向预制破片(球形、圆柱体、立方体)的飞散特性,在破片层等厚、单个破片等质量以及装药结构、装填条件、起爆方式相同的条件下,运用AUTODYN软件建立模型进行数值模拟,得到了各类破片的典型速度分布和飞散方向角,并与理论计算值进行对比。结果表明:圆柱体破片的初速最大,其次是球形破片,立方体破片初速最小;球形破片的飞散角大于圆柱体与立方体破片,圆柱体破片的飞散角略大于立方体破片;随着破片径向位置距轴心的距离增大,破片的初速逐渐减小、飞散角逐渐增大;仿真结果与理论计算结果有一定差异。 In order to study the scattering characteristics of different shape( sphere,cylinder,cube) axial prefabricated fragment. In the conditions of fragment layer thickness and each fragment mass are equal,also the charging structure,the loading conditions and initiation forms are same. Then,used software of AUTODYN to build aquarter of the model for numerical simulation,The typical velocity distributions and scattering directions of the fragment was obtained and compared with the theoretical calculation value. The results show that: Theinitial velocity of cylinder fragments is the largest,followed byspherical fragment,and the cubic fragmentinitial velocity is the lowest; scattering angle of spherical fragmentis larger than that of the cylinder and cube,the scattering angle of cylinder fragment is slightly larger than that of the cube; as the distance from radical position of the fragment increases,the initial velocity of the fragment gradually decreases and the scattering angle gradually increases; there are some differences in the simulation results with theoretical calculations.
