摘要
在柱状装药结构对轴向前置预制破片抛掷的过程中,由于侧向稀疏波的作用,爆轰产物存在侧向泄漏,因此爆轰产物对轴向预制破片的作用压力从柱状装药中心沿径向逐渐降低,从而导致轴向预制破片抛掷速度沿径向逐渐变小。为了研究柱状装药长径比与装药壳体厚度等结构参数对轴向预制破片抛掷速度沿径向分布规律的影响,利用瞬时爆轰理论,并考虑了散心爆轰作用,建立了柱状装药结构爆轰驱动轴向预制破片的简化模型。对比实验结果与模型计算结果,表明该简化模型能较好地描述柱状装药结构对轴向前置预制破片的抛掷过程,对轴向预制破片弹的毁伤威力场的研究具有一定的指导意义。
During the course of axial forward projection fragments drove by columnar charge, owing to the action of lateral rarefaction, lateral leakage of detonation product is in existence. Therefore, the effect of detonation products on projection fragments gradually decreases along radial direction from the center of column charge. So the throwing velocity of axial projection fragments decreases gradually along radial direction. In order to study the influence of structure parameters such as. length-to-diameter ratio of charge and the thickness of shell on the radial distribution rule of the axial speeds of projection fragments, based on the instantaneous detonation theory, and the effect of divergent detonation is also considered, the simplified model of axial projection fragments drove by detonation of columnar charge is build. Comparison results of the exPeriment value and calculation value show that, this simplified model is able to describe the throwing of axial forward projection fragment which are drove by columnar charge. It also has instructive significance to the study on damage field of axial projection fragments ammunition.
