摘要
为研究影响区域创新绩效产出的差异性,利用2000—2015年中国省域面板数据,构建了区域金融发展程度、产业结构水平与地区创新绩效的计量分析模型,分析各变量影响区域创新产出的关联性及其作用机理。研究发现:(1)产业结构水平si对创新绩效产出有正向的影响,但是该变量并没有通过显著性检验,说明产业结构水平的提高并不能显著的提高创新绩效产出;(2)金融发展程度fd对创新产出的影响为正,且通过了1%显著性水平检验,表明金融发展程度的提高显著的提高了创新绩效产出水平;(3)产业结构水平si和金融发展程度fd的交互项对创新绩效产出的影响并不显著;(4)中国产业结构的分布特征和金融发展程度在各个地区存在很大的差异性,中部地区产业结构si的优化显著的提高了该地区创新绩效的水平,而金融发展程度fd在东部地区和西部地区也显著的提高了地区创新绩效水平。
In order to study the differences that affect the regional innovation performastructs a metrological analysis model of the regional financial development level, the industrial structure optimization and the regional innovation performance based on China’s provincial panel data of 2000-2015 , and analyzes therelevant variables impacting the regional innovation performance output and their function mechanisstudy finds that： （1） The industrial structure optimization （ si ） has a positive effect on the innovation performanceoutput, thought the variable does not pass the significance test, which shows that the structure optimization cannot significantly improve the innovation performance output; （2） The influence of financial development level （ fd ） on the innovation outputs is positive , and passes 1% significance level test , whichshows that the improvement of financial development level has significantly raised the output level of the innovation performance ; （3 ） The interaction item between the industrial structure （ s i ） and the has no significant effect on the performance of innovation output; （4） The distribution characteristics of China’ in-dustrial structure and the level of financial development vary in different regions. The optimization of industrialstructure （ si ） in the central region has significantly averaged up the level of innovation performance in the centralregion and the financial development （ f d ） in the eastern region and the western region has also significantly improved the level of regional innovation performance.
