摘要
目的探讨稳心颗粒联合美西律治疗老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)室性心律失常的临床效果。方法选择2013年8月—2015年12月在北京中医医院顺义医院诊治的126例老年冠心病室性心律失常病人作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各63例,所有病人都给予常规治疗,对照组给予盐酸美西律片治疗,观察组给予稳心颗粒联合美西律治疗,治疗1个月。结果治疗后观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组治疗后QTc离散度(QTcd)值均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。两组治疗后室性期前收缩次数和短阵室速次数均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后室性期前收缩次数和短阵室速次数低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间肝肾功能及电解质无明显变化,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合美西律治疗老年冠心病室性心律失常可提高治疗疗效,安全性较高,能有效改善心脏电生理特性,延长动作电位。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Wenxin granule and mexiletine in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia inelderly patients with coronary heart disease （ CHD） . Methods One hundred and twenty six elderly patients with CHD ventriculararrhythmia from August 2013 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups： control group （ n =63）treatedwith mexiletine tablets, and treatment group （ n =63）treated with Wenxin granule plus mexiletine tablets in the basis of routine treat -ment for one month. The efficacy was observed. Results The total clinical effective rate was higher in treatment group than that incontrol group after treatment （ P 〈0.05） . The QTcd values after treatment in treatment group and control group were lower than thatbefore treatment （P 〈0. 05） . The number of ventricular premature contraction, and nonsustained ventricular tachycardia in twogroups after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment （ P 〈0.05） , which were were lower in treatment group aftertreatment than those of control group （ P 〈0.05） . There was no significant difference in the liver and renal function, electrolyte, andadverse reactions between two groups （ P 〉0.05） . Conclusion Wenxin granule and mexiletine can improve the curative effect inelderly patients with CHD ventricular arrhythmia, and can improve cardiac electrophysiological properties and prolong the action po -tential that has good application values.
