摘要
目的观察玻璃酸钠联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月-2016年12月江苏省张家港市香山医院诊治的膝骨性关节炎患者100例,采用玻璃酸钠联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗,观察治疗前后患者的症状积分及临床疗效。结果治疗1个疗程后100例患者的Lequesne评分为(11.12±2.23)低于治疗前的(17.23±4.05)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.36,P<0.05)。100例患者中临床显效80例(80.00%),有效12例(12.00%),无效8例(8.00%),总有效率为92.00%(92/100)。未发生药物不良反应。结论玻璃酸钠联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎可明显改善症状,显著提高治疗效果,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with alendronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 100 cases of knee osteoarthritis were selected in Jiangsu Province Zhangjiagang City Xiangshan Hos- pital from January 2014 to December 2016. The patients were treated with sodium hyaluronate combined with alendronate sodi- um. Observed the symptom score and clinical efficacy before and after treatment. Results The Lequesne score of 100 patients after treatment was（ 11.12 ± 2.23 ） points lower than（ 17.23 ± 4.05 ） points before treatment, the difference was statistically significant（t =3.36,P 〈0.05）. Among the 100 patients,80（80.00% ） were clinically effective,12（12.00% ） effective and 8 （ 8.00% ） ineffective. The total effective rate was 92.00% （92/100）. No adverse drug reactions. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined with alendronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can significantly improve the symptoms, significantly im- prove the treatment effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
