摘要
推动地方高水平大学的区域均衡发展,对服务国家区域发展、提升高等教育质量以及促进教育公平等都具有现实意义。通过比较不同区域地方高水平大学的数量、质量、类型、经费投入、办学所在城市等方面可见,当前我国地方高水平大学的区域非均衡发展问题依然突出,其原因主要是由历史延续、政策制度和经济水平等因素造成的。对此,提出了加强布局规划和分类引导、坚持资源配置协调和投入差异化、注重学校自身办学水平提升等对策建议。
Promoting a balanced development of local high-level universities is significant for serving regional development,improving higher education quality and making education more equitable.By comparing the quantity,quality,type,investment of local high-level universities of different regions,it isn＇t hard to find unbalanced development problems is still serious.The main reasons are historical continuation,policy systems,economic level,and so on.Therefore,the author proposes some measures to better develop local high-level universities,such as planning distribution,coordinating resource allocation and enhancing the level of the universities.
