矿山建设项目对潦河河道防洪影响评价研究

摘要 本文以钽铌潦河下游钽铌矿山实际项目作为河道防洪影响研究案例,通过探讨防洪影响评价的基本问题,分析防洪影响评价的方法和内容,展开对河道建设工程的防洪影响评价。以该流域的防洪规划为研究依据,设定模型参数时采用多个参考标准,最终求得设计洪水沿程水面线。该研究构架模型具备准确性和科学性,可以应用于矿山建设对河道防洪的影响评价。 In the paper, mine practical project on the downstream area of Liaohe River is regarded as a case for studying the influence on river flood control. Methods and contents of flood control influence evaluation are analyzed through discussing basic problems of flood control influence evaluation, thereby carrying out flood control influence evaluation onriver construction projects. Flood control plan in the river is regarded as research basis. Many reference standards areadopted during setting of model parameters. Designed flow profiles along flood are finally obtained. The resemodel of the paper is accurate and scientific, which can be used for evaluating the influence of mine construction on riverflood control.
