摘要
矿山建设项目方案比选是可行性研究阶段的首要任务。费用年值法是一种动态比较方法,用于互斥型方案经济比选,即根据计算出的成本费用年值较低者为较优方案。通过实例分析费用年值法在矿山建设项目方案比选中的应用表明,在方案比选中,应用费用年值法可以准确、科学、快速地作出判断,为矿山工程又好、又快、又省建设服务。
The comparison and selection of mine construction plans are the priority in feasibility study phase. The annual cost approach is a dynamic comparison method applied to the economic comparison and selection of mutually exclusive alternatives,that is to choose the better one according to the lower annual cost calculated. The application of annual cost approach in the comparison and selection of mine construction plans was analyzed by case study. The results showed that in the comparison and selection,annual cost approach can accurately,reasonably and rapidly make judgment,contributing to the good,rapid and cost-effective mine construction.
