摘要
目的:探讨右美托咪定联合氟比洛芬酯用于肺癌根治术患者超前镇痛的效果。方法:选取拟行肺癌根治术的患者84例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对照组患者行麻醉诱导前注射氟比洛芬酯,观察组患者给予超前注射右美托咪定联合氟比洛芬酯,比较两组心率(HR)水平、平均动脉压(MAP)水平、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、舒适度评分量表(BCS)评分、拔管质量评分及不良反应情况。结果:麻醉诱导前(T_1)时,两组HR、MAP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);插管(T_2)、拔管(T_3)时,观察组HR、MAP均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组拔管质量评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后及术后12h,观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,BCS评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:右美托咪定联合氟比洛芬酯对行肺癌根治术的患者行超前镇痛效果显著,可有效缓解术中应激反应,减轻术后疼痛程度,且未产生明显不良反应。
Objective:To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with flurbiprofen axetil on advanced analgesia in patients with radical operation of lung cancer.Methods:84 cases of patients lung cancer radical surgery were selected as the object of this study.All the patients were divided into two groups according to random number table,each group of 42 cases.The patients in the control group were injected with flurbiprofen axetil before induction of anesthesia,and the patients in the observation group were given pre-injection of dexmedetomidine combined with flurbiprofen.The scores of heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),visual analogue scale(VAS),comfort score scale(BCS),extubation quality score and adverse reaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in HR and MAP levels between the two groups before the induction of anesthesia(T_1)(P>0.05).Intubation(T_2),extubation(T_3),the HR and MAP of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The extubation quality score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 12 hpostoperatively and 12 hafter operation.The BCS score was higher and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in the adverse reaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine combined with flurbiprofen axox in patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer patients with advanced analgesic effect is significant,can effectively relieve intraoperative stress response,reduce the degree of postoperative pain,and did not produce significant adverse reactions,worthy of clinical positive Application promotion.
