电子支气管镜检查镇静中Ramsay评分的信度和效度 被引量：46

摘要 目的检验Ramsay评分用于电子支气管镜检查镇静评估的信度和效度。方法行电子支气管镜检查患者63例,检查过程中均应用右美托咪啶进行镇静,初始静脉注射1μg/kg,10min注射完毕后以0.6μg/(kg·h)持续泵注维持至检查结束。检查期间评估者分别应用Ramsay评分和格拉斯哥(Glasgow Coma Scale,GCS)评分评估患者镇静水平,对2位评估者间的信度、2个评分表比较的效度进行检验。结果 Ramsay评分内部一致性信度Cronbachɑ系数为0.83(P<0.01),评分员间信度Spearman相关系数分别为0.73、0.68(P均<0.01),评分员间总一致性Kappa值为0.89(P<0.01);2个评分表比较相关系数r=0.79(P<0.01)。结论 Ramsay评分用于评估支气管镜检查镇静水平的信度和效度良好。
