摘要
目的:分析产后盆底功能障碍性疾病与女性性生活质量的相关性。方法:选取2015年6月至2016年6月间在本院产后康复科就诊产后盆底功能障碍性疾病女性患者92例作为研究对象,并以同期在本院进行体检的产后康复女性90例作为正常对照组。对研究组患者采用肌电刺激-生物反馈-盆底肌锻炼联合治疗,检测所有研究对象治疗前后盆底功能障碍性疾病情况,并评价所有研究对象的性生活质量。结果:患者治疗前后压力性尿失禁、盆腔器官脱垂、慢性盆腔疼痛发生例数、性生活质量的性欲、性唤起、性高潮、阴道润滑度、性交疼痛、性满意度评分情况比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者治疗前后与对照组研究对象性生活质量评分比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且研究组患者治疗前后性生活质量总评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产后盆底功能障碍性疾病与女性的性生活质量呈现正相关性,对盆底功能障碍性疾病进行治疗后,女性性生活质量也会随之提高。
Objectives： To analyze the correlation between postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction（ PFD） and quality of female sexual life. Methods： A total of 92 female patients with postpartum PFD from June 2015 to June2016 were selected. Another 90 postpartum women who received physical examination in the same period were taken as control group. The patients in study group were treated with electromyography-biofeedback and pelvic floor muscle exercise. All the subjects were tested for PFD before and after treatment. The quality of sexual life of all subjects was evaluated. Results： There were statistically significant differences in the scores of stress urinary incontinence,pelvic organ prolapse,chronic pelvic pain,sexual intercourse,sexual arousal,orgasm,vaginal lubrication,sexual intercourse pain and sexual satisfaction scores between before and after treatment（ P 0. 05）. There were significant differences in the quality of sexual life between the two groups after treatment（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Postpartum PFD and the quality of female sexual life shows a positive correlation,and the treatment of PFD can improve the quality of female sexual life.
