摘要
钩体采用型砂重力铸造批量生产,钩体头部高度尺寸在钩体整体结构中最高,由于生产线投入砂箱设计高度的限制,型砂普通冒口效果不理想,在钩体头部冒口根部产生缩孔缺陷。在改用发热保温冒口后,利用发热保温冒口的补缩优势,解决了钩体头部缩孔缺陷。
The hook body was made in the form of sand gravity casting, the head height of the hook body was the highest in the overall structure. The common sand riser effect is not ideal, as a result, the shrinkage cavity defects located in the root of riser. The shrinkage cavity defects of hook body are solved by the thermal insulation riser, it could utilize the advantage of thermal insulation riser.
