摘要
由于氧化剂对发热保温冒口套的发热性能有着决定性的影响,笔者在分析了进口商业用发热保温冒口套组成的基础上,选择了三种钾盐氧化剂,研究了这些钾盐氧化剂不同加入量对发热保温冒口套的点燃时间、发热持续时间及发热功率的影响。结果表明,加入单一氧化剂时发热效果不明显,采用钾盐氧化剂(质量分数)A为3% ̄6%、B为2% ̄4%和C为1%的混合配比发热性能可达到或优于进口产品水平。
Oxidizer has a decisive influence on the exothermic capability of the exothermic/insulating riser sleeve. After analyzing the ingredient of the imported exothermic/insulating riser sleeve, three sorts of commonly used sylvite oxidizers (A,B and C) was selected and the influence of their mixture ratio on the ignition time, exothermic duration and the exothermic power of the riser sleeve was investigated. The results showed that the exothermic capability of the riser sleeve containing single oxidizer was not obvious. The exothermic power of the riser sleeve made with the mixture consisting of 3%-6% A, 1% C and 2%-4% B achieved the level of imported products or was even slightly better than the latter.
