摘要
目的比较研究丙硫氧嘧啶与甲状腺素片治疗老年甲亢患者的临床疗效。方法选择本院治疗的102例老年甲亢患者,随机分成两组,每组51例。对照组给予甲状腺素片进行治疗,观察组应用丙硫氧嘧啶进行治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组治疗后症状改善情况和生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组心悸、多汗、多食和体重减轻评分明显低于对照组,而心理健康和躯体健康评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与甲状腺素片相比,丙硫氧嘧啶治疗老年甲亢,能有较好减轻患者的临床症状,改善患者生活质量,临床治疗效果更好。
Objective To compare the effects of propylthiouracil and thyroid hormone tablets in the treatment of senile hyperthyroidism. Methods A total of 102 senile patients with hyperthyroidism to receive treatment in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group（n =51, respectively）. The control group was treated with thyroid hormone tablets and the observation group with propylthiouracil for three months. The improvement of symptoms and the quality of life after the treatment between the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, the scores of heart palpitations, sweating,overeating and weight loss in the observation group were much lower than those in the control group, while the mental health and physical fitness scores were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with thyroid hormone tablets, propylthiouracil can better relieve the clinical symptoms in patients and improve the quality of life, and has better effects in the treatment of senile hyperthyroidism.
