摘要
目的比较研究经脐入路内镜(Transumbilical endoscopic surgery TUES)胆囊切除术与传统腹腔镜三孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术(Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy LC),探讨TUES的临床价值。方法选取良性胆囊疾病患者200例,按照入院顺序分为TUES和LC两组,分别行TUES及LC治疗,记录手术时间,出血量,住院时间及术前、术后1天、术后3天血清炎症因子数据,术后当天、术后第1天、第2天发放疼痛调查,出院前及术后3月发放切口满意度调查表;统计分析两组数据。结果住院时间,手术出血量,术后引流量,术前、术后1天及术后3天炎症因子两组统计没有统计学意义;但术后切口满意度和疼痛调查结果 TUES组明显优于LC组。结论 TUES与LC比较,其手术安全,创伤相当,但在腹壁美容效果上有明显优势,值得在爱美人士中推广运用。
Objective To explore the clinical value of Transumbilical endoscopic surgery（TUES） through comparing TUES and the traditional Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy（LC）. Methods Selected 200 cases with benign gallbladder diseases were divided into two groups in order of admission, and performing TUES and LC, respectively. To record operation time, blood loss, hospital stay and the preoperative and postoperative serum inflammatory factor data. And the postoperative time was the 1 day, 3 day after operation. The pain survey was performed on the operation day, the first day and the second day after operation, the satisfaction questionnaire surveywere performed before leaving hospital and after 3 months.Perform statistical analysis of two sets of data.Results There were not statistically significant between the two groups in hospitalization,operative bleeding,postoperative drainage,inflammatory factors.However,the TUES group was significantly better than the LC group in pain and incision satisfaction survey.Conclusion Although the surgical safety,trauma is comparable for the TUES and LC groups,compared to LC,TUES has significant beauty effect in abdominal wall,and it is worth promoting the application of TUES in people who love beauty.
