摘要
目的对白芍药对的文献进行系统整理分析,为白芍的应用提供参考。方法检索1996—2016年期间国内主要数据库网站中药对的研究文献,对纳入文献进行整理归纳和分析。结果 1996—2016年期间关于与白芍配伍中药的临床应用和研究都呈增长趋势,对一些与白芍配伍的常用药进行聚类,同类药物之间药效机制有一定的参考依据,常见的配伍药物以抗炎镇痛、养血益血、健脾柔肝为主。结论应用现代统计方法分析白芍药对,为白芍药对的现代研究提供更多的参考;通过分类特点寻找药物配伍的更多治疗效果,为白芍的进一步开发提供更多的参考,同类药物药效机制可作为研究的参考,进一步为白芍的合理配伍使用提供借鉴,更好地发挥中药的配伍作用。
Objectlve To analyze the literature about the radix paeoniae alba couplet medicines, providing new ideas for the further application of radices paeoniae alba. Methods Retrieved the literature about the radix paeoniae alba couplet medicines from the main database website within 1996 - 2016 in 20 years, summary and analysis of literatures. Results Clinical use and research of radix paeoniae alba in 1996 - 2016 was growth trend and gradually in recent years, the common couplet medicines mainly have the effect of anti - inflammatory and analgesic, nourishing blood, invigorating the spleen and nourishing the liver. Conclusion Analysis of the application of modern statistical methods based on the radix paeoniae alba couplet medicines, so as to guide the clinical medication
