摘要
中医认为,晚期恶性肿瘤的病机多虚实夹杂,"久病入络"与肿瘤的病机相似,"久病入络"的症状与肿瘤的症状相似。现代药理研究认为,虫类药物可以活化吞噬细胞进而增强机体的免疫力,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤血管的生成以达到治疗肿瘤的目的。运用中医"久病入络"理论阐释虫类药物在肿瘤中的应用具有一定的理论依据。
Traditional Chinese medicine thinked that the pathogenesis of late malignant tumor is mostly deficiency-excess in complexity. The pathogenesis of ＂prolonged illness enters into collateral＂ is similar with tumor, and also the symptom. Modern pharmacological research knows that insect drugs can activate phagocytes and enhance the body＇ s immunity, induce tumor cell apoptosis and inhibit the formation of tumor blood vessels in order to achieve the treatment of tumor. This article explains the application of insect drugs in tumor using the TCM theory of ＂prolonged illness enters into collateral＂.
