摘要
为了解我市临床护士对药品不良反应 (简称ADR)监测认识的程度 ,采用自拟“临床护士对药品不良反应监测认识程度调查表” ,对本市ADR重点监测医院及非重点监测医院的 2 50名临床护士进行问卷调查 ,调查内容包括ADR概念的理解、ADR观察的认识、ADR监测报告的意识等 ,结果我市各级临床护士对ADR概念认识不足 ,ADR监测报告意识淡薄。提示 :有必要在护理人员中进行ADR监测有关知识的培训 ,以提高护理人员对ADR危害的认识。
To understand the recognition degree of clinical nurses to the adverse drug reaction (ADR), 250 nurses from both emphatic ADR hospital and non-emphatic hospitals were investigated by filling out self-defined 'Investigation Form of Recognition of Clinical Nurse to Monitoring of ADR' questionnaire. Items included the understanding of nurses to the conception of ADR, the cognition of nurses on ADR observation, the consciousness of nurses to ADR monitoring report, etc. Results showed that nurses had not enough recognition on ADR and they had weak consciousness on ADR monitoring reports. Suggested that it is indispensable to carry out an ADR related knowledge training among nursing staffs, so that to enhance their recognition on the impairment of ADR.
