摘要
随着教学法的演变,越来越多的大学英语教师摈弃传统的以教师为中心的教学法,采用各类"以学生为中心"的教学法,使得课堂教学气氛活跃、热闹,但是却出现了课堂被学生"倒灌"、"只乐无教"的现象。这是由于教师没有对课堂做到有效管理产生的必然结果。SMARTER管理原则能帮助教师做好课堂管理,实现教学目标。
Increasing college English teachers select ＂student-oriented＂ teaching methods in class to trigger students＇ interests, but it is easy to be funny without achievement, for the teacher can not effectively control the classroom activities. So the writer introduces the administrative principle SMARTER into the class teaching to solve the above-mentioned problem in order to achieve teaching aim.
