摘要
围绕应用型人才的创新创业能力培养、校企协同的卓越人才培养等问题,以本科生能力培养为目标,以校企协同为导向,通过课程体系改革、教学方法探索、企业实践课程建设、大学生创新创业项目、学科竞赛开展等,实施三结合("课堂教学、企业实训、学科竞赛"三结合)的本科应用型人才培养模式,提升本科生的工程创新能力[1]。
This paper focuses on the cultivation of applied talents' ability of innovation entrepreneurship and the cultivation of excellent talents based on the cooperation of universities and enterprises. With the goal of cultivating undergraduates' ability and the cooperation of universities and enterprises,through reforming curriculum system,exploring teaching methods,constructing enterprise practice courses,developing Innovation and Entrepreneurship Project and academic competitions,and implementing "three combinations"(combine teaching,enterprise training and academic competitions),the mode of training undergraduate applied talents aims to improve undergraduate innovation ability in engineering.
