紫外光谱法测定食品中多种合成色素的研究 被引量:2

Research into determining various synthetic pigments of food with ultraviolet spectroscopy

摘要 采用基于紫外光度计的单波长、双波长分析测定方法,对食品中常用的胭脂红、苋菜红、柠檬黄、日落黄、亮蓝五种合成色素进行定量分析。实验表明:该方法样品处理简单,准确度较高,线性相关性好(R>0.9996),精密度较高(RSD%<2.5%),加标回收率(94%~102%)之间,检出限较低,可用于五种合成色素的常规快速分析。 By adopting single wavelength and dual wavelength analysis method based on ultraviolet photometer, synthetic pigments offood sueh as carmine, amaranth, lemon yellow, sunset yellow FCF and brilliant blue were measured. The experiment showed that themethod was simple and had high accuracy, good linear correlation( R 〉 0.9996) and high precision( RSD% 〈 2.5% ). Its standard re-covery rate was 94% - 102%. Its detection limit was low, so the method is suitable for regular quick analysis of five synthetic pig-ments.
