摘要 由于煤化工产业壮大、原油劣质化、燃油品质升级、氢能技术进步等趋势影响,氢气需求量将大幅提升,为低成本的大规模煤制氢带来了机遇和挑战。我国大型煤气化技术具有规模大、压力高、煤种适应性广等特点,与此相适应的大型煤制氢单元中变压吸附制氢已成为提纯氢气的主流技术之一。根据现有的变压吸附制氢工艺、设备、规模等发展现状,讨论了大型煤制氢变压吸附技术的发展方向。 Due to the growth of the coal chemical industry, the deterioration of crude oil quality, the upgrading of fuel quality and the progress of hydrogen energy technology, the demand for hydrogen will be greatly increased, bringing opportunities and challenges for low-cost large-scale coal-to-hydrogen production. Large-scale coal gasification technology in China has the characteristics of large scale, high pressure and wide adaptability of coal types, and PSA-H2 has become one of the mainstream technologies for H2 separation and purification in large-scale coal-to-hydrogen production unit. According to the current development of PSA-H2 production process, equipment and scale, the developing direction of large-scale PSA-H2 technology for coal-to-hydrogen is discussed.
