下颌近中阻生齿拔除中微创拔牙技术的疗效评价 被引量:4

The Curative Effect of Minimally Invasive Extraction Technology on Mandibular Impacted Tooth in the Extraction

摘要 目的研究微创拔牙技术对下颌近中阻生齿拔除应用价值。方法以随机抽签原则将本院2015年2月—2016年4月接诊下颌近中阻生齿患者110例分为对照组和观察组,两组分别进行常规拔牙器械拔除及高速涡轮牙钻去除近中牙冠阻力,分析并比较两组临床治疗结果。结果观察组患者牙槽窝完整性评分低于对照组患者(P<0.05);总并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论微创拔牙技术应用在下颌近中阻生齿拔除中,临床效果明显。 Objective To study on the technology of minimally invasive extraction of mandibular impacted tooth in extraction application. Methods From February 2015 to April 2016, 110 cases with mandibular impacted tooth in our hospital were selected by principle of random draw admissions and were divided into control group and observation group, they were given extraction of conventional extraction equipment and high speed turbine drill resistance near the crown removal respectively, clinical treatment results between two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The score of alveolar integrity in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05), and the incidence of total complications was lower (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive extraction technology applied in the mesial impacted tooth extraction, the clinical effect is obvious.
