摘要 针对赤铁矿沉铁技术,以纯硫酸亚铁和硫酸锌溶液为研究对象,研究了锌铁离子浓度对赤铁矿法除铁过程中沉铁效果的影响和赤铁矿渣硫铁含量的影响。结果表明,增加亚铁离子浓度,渣中硫的百分含量会升高,铁会减少;在相同亚铁离子浓度条件下,增加锌离子浓度,沉铁效果会变差,渣中硫百分含量会降低,铁会升高。 This paper is concerned with the batch precipitation of hematite from pure ferrous sulfate solutions and zinc sulfate solutions. The effects of zinc and iron concentration on the effect of hematite precipitation in the process and the percentage content of sulfur and iron in the hematite slag were studied. The results showed that with ferrous ion concentration increasing, the percentage content of sulfur in the slag will rise, the percentage of iron will be reduced. At the same concentrations of ferrous ion, increasing the initial zinc ion concentration, the effect of hematite precipitation will get worse, and the percentage content of sulfur in the slag will be reduced, the percentage of iron will rise.
