摘要
介绍七氟丙烷系统容器安全泄放装置。计算不同条件下,灭火剂瓶组最大工作压力。利用温度试验箱等设备对计算值进行试验验证。分析初始充装压力对灭火剂瓶组最大工作压力的影响、环境温度对爆破片动作压力的影响。结果表明,计算压力数值与实测数值有较大偏差;初始充装压力高时,最大工作压力超过标准规定;低温时爆破片动作圧力增加,高温时动作圧力降低。
The container safety relief pressure of heptafluoropro- pane system was introduced. The maximum operating pressure of the bottle group under different condition was calculated. By tem- perature test chamber, the calculation values were verified. The in- fluence of initial filling pressure on the maximum operating pres- sure and the influence of environment temperature on the rupture disc operating pressure were analyzed. Results showed that, the calculation value has big deviation compared with the test value; when the initial filling pressure is high, the maximum operating pressure will exceed the standard; when the temperature is low, the rupture disc operating pressure increases, and when the temper- ature is high, the operating pressure decreases.
