摘要
取6组不同细度的超细羊毛纤维作为实验材料,对其进行拉伸和弯曲压缩性能测试,结合扫描电子显微镜照片和X-射线衍射图进行分析,探究纤维细度对拉伸性能、弯曲压缩性能和大分子结构的影响。结果显示:随着超细羊毛纤维细度的不断增大,纤维的断裂强度呈现逐渐减小的趋势,但断裂伸长率、抗弯刚度和结晶度整体呈现增大的趋势。等效弯曲模量由于不受纤维直径的影响,其数值没有发生明显的变化。电镜照片显示随着纤维细度的增大,纤维表面的鳞片度变大,鳞片翘角变小、纤维直径和鳞片间距的比值变小。
The microstructures of ultrafine wool fibers were investigated by scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and X-ray diffraction( XRD),and the microstructures of ultrafine wool fibers were investigated by means of tensile and bending compressive tests. And structural effects. The results showed that the fracture strength decreased with the increase of the fineness of the ultrafine wool fibers,but the elongation at break the flexural rigidity and crystallinity of the fibers showed a decreasing trend.The equivalent flexural modulus was not affected by the diameter of the fiber,and its value did not change significantly. Electron microscopic photographs showed that the degree of scale increased with the increase of fiber fineness,and the ratio of the diameter of fiber to the scale was smaller.
