摘要
宿舍是大学生学习、生活的重要场所。对于学生来说,宿舍是他们进入大学以来处理人际关系最基础的一部分。宿舍人际关系的好坏,直接影响着学生是否顺利的度过大学时光。笔者从做班主任工作中遇到的案例进行分析,试图找寻正确处理宿舍矛盾的有效方法。
The dormitory is an important place for college students to study and live. For students, the dormitory is the most basic part of their interpersonal relationship since they entered the university. The quality of dormitory interpersonal relationship directly affects the students to spend the university time smoothly. As a class teacher, the author analyzes the cases and tries to find an effective way to handle the contradictions in the dormitory properly.
