摘要
宿舍是大学生进行学习、生活和娱乐的最主要场所。宿舍人际关系是大学生常遇到的人际关系问题,通过案例分析引入心理学中圆桌会议的方法化解大学生宿舍矛盾,强调在圆桌会议中注重信息收集、分析、处理和反馈的重要环节,启发高校辅导员在开展学生思想政治教育工作的新思路。
The dormitory is a place where students spend most of their time studying, living and playing. For some college students, dormitory interpersonal relationship is their common problems. The paper, based on case study, in which roundtable conferences method, a term in psychology, is used to resolve college dormitory conflict, points up the importance of collecting, analyzing and processing information and feedback as well, aiming to enlighten students counselors to probe into new ways to develop college students＇ ideological and political education.
